Due to our continued growth, we require Showroom Consultants. Preference will be given to people who have excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to customer service, demonstrated kitchen and bath product knowledge, excellent organizational skills to effectively handle multiple calls and complex orders efficiently, flexibility to work overtime, Saturdays and evenings, ability to meet strategic goals and objectives with little supervision, ability to work in a team environment, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high pressure for results, and ability to exercise sound judgement, analyze the importance of situations and respond appropriately.
Responsibilities
- Working with customers (homeowner, builders, designers) on the phone and in person to choose bath and kitchen products that fulfill their specific needs, demonstrating thorough product and pricing knowledge
- Coordinating proper products, correct pricing and a confirmed delivery
- Interacting with coworkers and customers in a professional, cooperative and positive manner
- Handling special orders, requests, issues/concerns with enthusiasm and efficiency
- Scheduling appointments appropriately to control customer traffic
- Researching special non-stock requirements with vendors or other branches
- Entering stock and non-stock customer orders into the Eclipse system with correct information and special instructions
