Branch Supervisor - GTA
Location: GTA
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position is primarily responsible for maintaining the efficient functioning of all branch processes and quickly recognize, manage and close gaps in process operation. The chosen individual will conduct him/herself as a leader through leading by example and promoting a positive attitude and professional work environment; manage and maintain superior customer service, supervise branch personnel, oversee health and safety in the branch; support and drive company initiatives; demonstrate the ability to embrace change.
Qualifications: five years plumbing or HVAC experience with demonstrated product knowledge; proven supervisory skills including experience with coaching, disciplining, scheduling and training; proficient with computers; ability to deal with situations quickly and calmly; ability to lead and motivate a staff to meet and exceed personal and company goals and objectives.
